Every item has an owner. Assign it to a crew member when you log it, and it shows up on their list with their initials on the chip. No more “I thought someone else had that.”

Open the app and the wheel tells you where the job’s at: open, done, overdue and due today, in one look. It’s the number you check before the client rings, and the one you show them when they do.

Cut the list down to what matters now

A big job throws up a long list. Filter it by status, level and trade to see exactly what you’re after, like all the overdue plumbing on Level 1. Managers can filter by who it’s assigned to as well.
