When is Build Pro HQ available?

The app is in the final stages before a TestFlight beta on iOS, with the App Store and Google Play to follow. Register your interest on the home page and we’ll email you when the beta opens.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is being finalised ahead of launch. Register your interest and we’ll share the details with you before the app goes live.

Does it work offline?

The app is built to keep working on patchy site reception, with your changes syncing back once you’re on a signal again. Full offline behaviour is still being tested through the beta.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. A manager can run multiple projects and add users to each one. Managers see every item across the team; each user sees only the work assigned to them.

How do I get help or report a bug?

Email service@buildprohq.com.au with your device, the app version and a short description of what happened. We’ll take it from there.

How is my data handled?

Your account and job data are stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase). We don’t run ads and we don’t sell your data. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
