Build Pro HQ comes from almost two decades of running real jobs, managing multiple trades and carrying competing priorities through the hardest stages of a project. It was built to make a supervisor’s day genuinely easier, because the person who designed it lives that day too.

Two construction professionals who have worked side by side on multiple projects, turning years on the tools and on the walk-around into a tool for the crews who do the same.
Rob Garoffolo
Director & Co‑founder
Rob has had almost two decades in the building industry, mostly working as a Construction Supervisor with a passion for productivity, organisation and efficiency. After years of dealing with the constant pressure of managing multiple trades and competing priorities, he wanted to create a tool that would genuinely make his day to day job easier, saving time, reducing pressure and improving productivity, particularly during the most demanding stages of a project.
To turn the idea into reality, Rob teamed up with a close friend and experienced construction professional who had worked alongside him on multiple projects. Together, they refined the concept into a practical solution designed to help construction supervisors, coordinators and site teams stay organised, communicate more effectively, and get more done with the same resources.
Outside of construction, Rob enjoys rugby, mountain bike riding and tenpin bowling.

Karl is the experienced construction professional who has worked alongside Rob on multiple projects, and the other half of the pair that shaped Build Pro HQ into a practical tool for site teams.
