01 Action items
Capture a defect or task in seconds
The action item is the heart of the app. Log one against a level and a trade, add a title, and it’s tracked. Every item carries its status, open, overdue, due today or done, so nothing slips.

02 Assigning
Give every item an owner
Assign work to a crew member as you add it. The item lands on their list, and an initials chip shows who owns it from the manager’s view. You can also set a due date and attach a photo here.

The whole site’s state at a glance
The dashboard wheel is the fastest read of the job you’ll get. Total items in the middle, split into open, completed, overdue and due today around the ring, with progress bars beside it. Tap to collapse it when you just want the list.

04 Filters
Cut a long list down to what matters now
Filter and sort the list without losing your place. Pick a status, one or more levels, one or more trades, and as a manager, the crew member it’s assigned to. Sort by newest or oldest, and the count updates as you go.

05 Item detail
The full picture on one item
Open an item to see everything on it: trade, level, who it’s assigned to, the due date, notes and photos. Mark it complete with the green button, or reopen it later. It’s all there, in one scroll.

06 Today’s Checklist
One combined list for the day ahead
Today’s Checklist gathers your due and starred items, action items and notes both, into a single list. It’s the morning read that sets up the day, and the thing you tick down as you go.

07 Search
Find any item, fast
Search across every item by title, trade or level. Type a few letters and the list narrows live, with a result count at the bottom. Handy when someone asks about “that HVAC thing” and you need it now.

08 Completed archive
Done work, out of the way but never lost
Tick an item off and it drops into the completed archive with a green check and a strikethrough. It’s out of your live list, but it’s there if you need to prove it was done, reopen it, or check the record.

09 Notes
Meeting minutes that don’t get lost
Toolbox talks, subbie meetings, internal minutes and admin reminders. Capture them as general notes, grouped by type. The stuff you’d normally scribble on the back of a plan and lose by smoko, kept on the same job.
