Every crew member’s items, in one view

A manager sees the whole team’s work, not just their own. Each item carries an initials chip so you know who owns it at a glance. When you want one person’s plate, filter the list by who it’s assigned to, a filter only managers get.

02 Assigning

Put the right name on every job

Assign work as you log it, or hand it over later. The item lands on that person’s list and shows up under their initials for you. Everyone on the team sees only what’s theirs, so their list stays clean and yours stays complete.

Run the whole book of work

More than one job, one login, one place to set it up.

Most managers aren’t running one site. They’re juggling a few. Build Pro HQ keeps them separate but a tap apart, and lets you shape each one to how the job actually runs.

    Switch between every job you’re running without logging out. Each project keeps its own crew, levels and trades, so nothing bleeds across.

    Manage the team

    Add users to a project, see everyone with their initials and role, and set who’s a manager and who’s a standard user.

    Configure levels, trades and note types

    Set up the levels and trades each job uses, and the note types the crew files against, then drag to reorder them as the work moves on.
